Congratulations to the RAMS track and field team, which participated in the competitive Lincoln-Sudbury Invitational yesterday.  The boys team ran well with a number of personal bests recorded on the day, while the girls team accumulated outstanding performances up and down the lineup to finish 2nd out of 13 teams to take home a trophy.  The meet was capped by the girls 4 x 400m relay team of Kate C., Peyton H., Carmen L. and Mia L., which the meet director called "downright nasty."  The track team wraps up their regular season tomorrow at Ashland, good luck team!

As beautiful mind campaign mentioned on Friday the focus this week is on stigma.  Stigma is a perceived negative quality that causes someone to think less of a person.  Unfortunately, forming stereotypes about people leads to stigma and this leads to discrimination.  We at beautiful mind campaign believe this can be changed and we want RAMS to be stigma free.  This Friday is the last Friday of the month and we want everyone at RAMS to get their green on in support of mental health awareness month and pledging to be stigma free.  Join us Wednesday in room 128 if you would like to learn more.

Just a reminder that we have a few schedule changes today. We will be flipping ARTS to 7,6,8 and we will not be having Advisory today.

Running club meets today after school in room 119. Don’t forget your water bottles and sneakers!
