Congratulations to the 8th grade volleyball team for another dominating 3-0 performance over Westwood on Thursday. This brings the 8th grade record to Four wins and only one loss. This announcement is dedicated to our biggest morning announcement fan Mr. Zach. Outstanding performances were had by Charlotte (The Bumper) B., Olivia (Bam Bam) B, Emily (Downtown) D., Megan (The Roofer) G., Bella (Pancake) G., Rebecca (Hands Up) J, Emily (Get Low) M., Louise (The Canon) P., Katy (Can You Dig It) R., Ashley (Side Out) R., Ella-Mae (Call For The Ball) S., Michaela (Set It Up) S., Charlotte (Top Spin) S., Ainsley (Move It Move It) M., Ashani (The Ace) K., and Christie (Hit It Up) H.

Quidditch will meet in Mrs. Buckley's room this Thursday after school. We will have a quick discussion of plans to visit the Harvard University Horntails in Cambridge before heading out to the pitch.

This is an important announcement for Ms. Boucher's Wellness Classes. For the next 5 day cycle all classes will report to the gym. 7th and 8th grade anti-bullying projects will be pushed back for the 5 day cycle. All students should be prepared with sneakers.

The Middle Ground, our school's literary magazine, meets for working sessions every first and third Thursday of the month. That means they will be meeting this Thursday from 2 to 3 in Room 228. On the agenda is discussion of a theme for the winter issue. Also, writers will begin working on creative pieces for consideration in the magazine. If you are in Art Club or Anime Club, you should consider joining The Middle Ground to work on cartoon panels, a single editorial cartoon, or artwork to match the theme or go with particular articles. You are not obligated to meet every session -- just join us whenever you can. Bring your creativity, your Chromebook, and your sketchpad to Room 228. All grades welcome.

Reminder to all you Anime fans out there, meet Mrs. Powers in the art room at 2:00 today for Anime' Club .
