Reminder to the cast of the Little Mermaid: There is a mandatory drama club meeting this Thursday February 4th after school in Miss Auster's room. Please see the bulletin board for more information.

Are you a 6th, 7th, or 8th grade girl who thinks females should run the world? Join us at Confidence Campaign in room 124 Wednesday after school! Spread the love and the word-- girls, bring all your friends to celebrate Valentine's Day.

This Friday night, February 5, is the annual Luau Dance for all Middle Schoolers at St. Mary's Church. The dance is from 7 to 10 pm. Cost is $8 and refreshments are sold separately. Please wear your favorite beach wear! Feel free to bring a middle school friend! No students will be allowed to leave the Luau until picked up by a parent/guardian.

Attention all 8th graders it is time for the 9th annual dodge ball tournament. Please submit your teams to Mr Zak by Wednesday. If you don't have a full team of 7 please see Mr Zak. Again please submit your teams by Wednesday.

Good morning Yearbook Club! We are not meeting today after school. Our next meeting is next Tuesday, February 9th. See you then!

The Math Club participated in the Mathcounts competition Saturday. The club competed against 18 schools, about 160 students. The team received the "Most Improved" trophy for their performance. Attention Little Mermaid Cast: There IS rehearsal this afternoon. Please go to Miss Auster's room after school where there will be adult supervision from 2-3.

6th grade chorus members: there IS after school chorus today as usual. Please go to the auditorium as you normally would.

Calling all reporters, writers, and photojournalists! Newspaper club meets this Wednesday after school from 2-3. Join us in Ms. Clifton's room, 224 to write for our official school newspaper-- the RamPage.

Congratulations to the six RAMS students who were accepted into Central Junior District Festival Chorus and Band after some great auditions this past Saturday! Margot Bourque-Southard and Elise Andelman were accepted into the chorus as sopranos and Renee Torio was accepted as an alto. As for the band, Hannah Wolfgang made the cut for the notoriously competitive flute section, Theo Businger was accepted into the trumpet section, and Tristan Beck Torres was accepted as as a clarinet player. Great work to everyone who tried out! There were some really impressive scores all around!

Attention chorus and band students: extra help with Ms Donahue is closed today due to the faculty meeting this afternoon. You can stop by the band room during lunch today to either work on your parts or schedule an alternative time for extra help. Thank you!

Attention students: there is no intramural basketball after school today.
