If you are looking to join a club this fall, join us at Circle of Friends on Mondays with Mrs. Multer and Mrs. Stiefel. We are a club for all grades, and everyone is welcome! Drop by Room 223 to meet new people, have fun, and help everyone feel included. See you today from 2-3 in room 223!

The beautiful mind campaign seeks to make our school the best place it can be by raising awareness about important issues affecting teens. If you'd like to make a difference, JOIN US. Our next meeting is Thursday in room 121.
We will be having our first spirit event next week.  We need your help at the Spirit club meeting to plan and get ready!  You can come to the meeting to help create a sense of community and spirit in your school!  THe meeting will be held in room 121 on Tuesday, 9/25 after school.  
Just a reminder that today is the kick off to a nation wide program Start with Hello. This morning in partnership with Sandy Hook Promise we will have a speaker that will chat with us about the importance of connectedness and being kind and tolerant of others.  Today in the cafeteria we will be kicking off the week with themed music around saying Hello, and we encourage all of you to reach out to students and staff today in a kind an approachable manner....Just say hello!
Hello Adams! Green team meets again today in room 117 after school.
It’s book fair week! 6th graders will visit tomorrow, 7th graders on Wednesday, and 8th graders on Thursday. Stop by during your English class to browse our wide selection of genres including historical fiction, fantasy, and graphic novels! All proceeds benefit our school library.

A huge shout-out to the Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams who raced at the Ocean State Invitational Race in Rhode Island on Friday.  Over 1200 athletes raced in 6 different races.  Our very own Carmen L. scored 1st out of 200 athletes in the 7th Grade girl's race and Lilian E. PR'd in the same race.  8th Grader, Nate G. scored 10th out of 250 athletes. Returning runners Rowan O. and Conor S. PR'd in the 7th grade boy's race with newcomer Alex S.  Maggie K. scored 2nd out of over 200 athletes in the 6th grade race along with her teammates, Paige K. in 10th, Annabelle L. in 11th, Aila M. in 21st and Lila T. in 35th who had a team score that placed 2nd overall.  Newcomers Jack M. and Mikey M. scored 11th and 12th in the 6th grade boys's race.  8th Grade girls ran a stellar performance in a tough race out of 200 athletes. 8th grader, Casey W. scored 4th, Ella B. 7th, Ella K. 23rd and Camryn R. and Maeve G. rounded out the team to place 3rd overall.  Way to go team and good luck at your race today in Medway!

Reminder that we will be having our second after-school band rehearsal for 7th and 8th grade today at 2pm. All athletics should remember to change before coming to rehearsal.
