As we continue to keep our momentum going with Start with Hello week, we ask during lunch that you take a moment to make your mark here at Adams. At lunch we are encouraging you to share your thoughts on either one or both bulletin boards in the cafeteria.  We will have markers which are color coded by grade to see your vibrant thoughts and feelings!  Today’s challenge is to share a message regarding the following:  How could you make a student feel welcome here at Adams? and Share a positive quote or phrase to be used on upcoming Morning Announcements. Remember it is easy to Just Say Hello and make others feel included!

Good morning Adams! Do you like to run? Maybe you like to race with your friends or jog the rail trail. No matter where you are on your runners journey- you get side aches at the thought of running or you've run a 10K- the running club is a great opportunity to have some fun. Meet Mrs. Doire in the library this Wednesday with your sneakers on and your water bottles. The club is open to students in all three grades.

Both Girls' and Boys' Cross Country Teams defeated Medway and Bellingham in a Tri meet yesterday in Medway.  Congrats to both teams for a hard-run race against 150 athletes!  The next meet is at home against Westwood on Thursday at 3:30, come cheer on our athletes!  All home meets start on the field hockey field behind the school.

Hey 6th graders-- today’s your day to visit the book fair! 7th graders will visit tomorrow, and 8th graders on Thursday. Stop by during your English class to browse our wide selection of genres including sci-fi, realistic fiction, and graphic novels! All proceeds benefit our school library.

Calling all writers and photographers-- Newspaper Club meets tomorrow in room 224. Hope to see you there!

Congratulations to the Grade 7 Volleyball Squad for their first season win after upending Milford in 2 straight sets.  The team was led by co-captains Lindsey H. and Leilani B.  Emma H. and Grace C. paced the squad with their smashing serves and Julia Q. kept the team alive with a number of bump returns.  The team looks to continue their winning ways against a challenging Hopkinton team this Friday.

Outstanding effort by RAMs field hockey in their first game this season against Hopkinton.  Great saves by goalies Phoebe W. and Hannah D.  Keep up the great work ladies!

If you'd like to help design this year's yearbook, please stay after school for yearbook club. We are meeting tomorrow in room 207!
