First Virtual Parent Coffee Talk

Dr. Botelho and Mr. Jordan will be hosting the first virtual parent coffee talk of the year on Wednesday September 28th from 6:30-7:00 PM.  For those of you that are new to Adams, Dr. Botelho and Mr. Jordan host a podcast in an effort to expand the school’s ability to communicate in alternative ways with parents.  For 2016-2017, there will be a monthly podcast that will run for 30 minutes at a time. On the side of the screen, there will be an area for parents to post live questions to the hosts or guests that they will answer in the order that they come in.

Please use the link to submit questions before the airing of the podcast and during the podcast.  You may submit questions on any area that you are seeking additional feedback on.

At the conclusion of the broadcast, the video will be posted on the school website so that parents that were unable to view the live broadcast can view it on their own time.

Parent Volunteer Opportunities- Supervision

We are looking for parent volunteers to help with the supervision of students during lunch.  As a part of our effort to address the social and emotional needs of our students, the middle school will be providing alternative spaces for students to go to during lunch.  This may include quiet reading, puzzles, and games in the library, to “Laps at Lunch” where students will be given a chance to walk around a designated space with friends or by themselves.
