Drop off/Pick up TRAFFIC

To avoid sitting in pickup/drop-off traffic please encourage your students to walk/bike to school.  There are a few locations that kids can be dropped off to the walk/bike to school from such as:

  • Flag Field Lot

  • CVS

  • St. Mary’s

  • Baptist Church

We also encourage families to drop off closer to 7:50.

Student Water Bottles

For health and safety reasons we have our water fountains turned off with the exception of the “auto refill” component. Please be sure with weather getting warmer to have your child bring either a refillable water bottle or a few bottles of water for the school day.

Project 351

I’m Emeline Kelly, Holliston’s Grade 8 Project 351 Ambassador. I was nominated by administration at RAMS and all of my teachers to take part in an amazing year of community service and leadership, and I’m so excited to share with you all that this year is about to start! I am beginning my service year by running a clothing drive for an organization called Cradles to Crayons. Cradles to Crayons.

Believe it or not, not having the proper clothing is a leading cause of kids missing school or social events. This may seem like an easily solved or preventable problem, but many families don’t have the money to buy new clothes for their children. This is the reason why I am holding this drive. I think that it’s so important for one to step up and help, and serve their community whenever possible. This drive is the perfect opportunity to do so! During the week of May 10th to May 14th, there will be bins in the lobby of the middle school where you can drop off your old clothing. These clothes must be…

  • new and/or gently used

  • sizes Newborn to Youth Large

  • brand new if socks or pajamas.

  • (winter coats, mittens, hats, and gloves are also accepted!)

Track Forms

Track permission forms are due today Friday, April 30th.  If you student is signed up for track please turn your forms in as soon as possible.

Pool Testing Update

Pool testing will now take place on Tuesdays with our nurses during lunch time.  If you have registered your student for pool testing please remind them that they are registered and to see the nurse stationed in their lunch area to administer their test.

Lunch Time Volunteers-Plea for assistance!!

We would love to continue to offer outdoor lunch even when it is rainy. In order to do this we are in desperate NEED for parent volunteers to monitor our three lunch periods.  To volunteer please make sure you have an updated CORI on file by emailing diluziol@holliston.k12.ma.us.  CORI’s are valid for ONE year only.  If you are able to volunteer please sign up on the form below.

Outdoor Lunch

When weather allows we will be offering outside lunch to students.  If it is raining we will still be able to offer outside lunch but will have to limit availability in order to fit everyone under the tent.  Feel free to send your student in with a towel to sit on while eating.

Remote Learning MCAS Notification

RAMS remote learners will be taking MCAS remotely this spring. More information will be coming, but we will be looking to schedule their testing during the first week of June. Additionally we will be providing them with an at-home practice module during RAMS Block in the upcoming weeks.
