Scheduling Information 22-23 School Year
We are incredibly proud of our staff and students for the hard work they have exhibited this year. While we are looking forward to summera s a way to relax and reset, we understand the wonders for the upcoming school year.
Changes We are working collaboratively in making some adjustments to our scheduling structure to make it more equitable and manageable for students. While we will provide more information once schedules are released, please know that one of the most noticeable changes will be moving from a 6 day schedule to a Monday-Friday (5 day schedule).
School Counselors Additionally, starting next year all grade level conselors will be assigned to a specific grade and will no longer “loop” with students. This model is proven and used in many school districts, so that counselors can focus on Tier 1 social emotional supports, so that ALL students are being provided with skill based lessons and interventions that build from year to year. While counselors will still see students for 1:1 counseling, they will transition information as the student travels to the next grade. Counseling assignments are as follows:
Grade 6: Mrs. Guellnitz
Grade 7: Mrs. Gavan
Grade 8: Mr. Powers
Summer Reading While we want students to relax and unwind, the habit of reading is something we would love for students to cotntinue throughout the summer months. Please use the link below to access recommended summer reading.

Schedules As always, schedules will be released in early August. For those that want to get a jumpstart on supplies, please use the links below. School supplies are coordinated by grade level and not team based, so no need to wait for you child’s schedule to get shopping :)
